Although we make every effort to provide you with the right product, we understand that there are circumstances that may require return or exchange. Should you need to return or exchange an item based on the instructions below, we will be pleased to do so.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless the item has been damaged at reception) Once we’ve received the item, we are going to inspect it and let you know that we’ve received the returned product.

We work very hard every day, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. It is our motto that quality should not be compromised. However, some circumstances may require return or exchange, you can read everything about our return policy here.

Please note: When you receive your order, if you find any dissimilarity, defect or damages that may cause in transit then please report it to us within 30 days so that we can quickly correct the situation for you. We cannot offer a settlement if the customer fails to inform us within the mentioned period.

Size Issue

We highly suggest using our sizing chart before ordering any product from our website. If the size is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@theleathercraft.com/contact@theleathercraft.com (within 48 hours). 

If you have any confusion regarding our size chart, please let us know via email. Our team will be at your service.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE GUIDELINES:

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation requests can be placed within (1) day of the order (If not Shipped).

Refund & Exchange:

Any item you have bought in our shop can be exchanged or returned on the following basis:

  • Refunds will be made for all merchandise in original unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery.
  • Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

We make it possible for customers to return their ordered products within 30 days. To process your refund, please contact contact@theleathercraft.com . Before processing your refund, please refer to the following guidelines. 

To process your exchange, we will need your order number, pictures of the item, and any other information about your use of the product that may assist us in understanding the potential defect. 

Note: If an item is received and found to be in violation of our exchange/return rules, your request will not be processed.
