Although we make every effort to provide you with the right product, we understand that there are circumstances that may require return or exchange. Should you need to return or exchange an item based on the instructions below, we will be pleased to do so.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless the item has been damaged at reception) Once we’ve received the item, we are going to inspect it and let you know that we’ve received the returned product.
We work very hard every day, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. It is our motto that quality should not be compromised. However, some circumstances may require return or exchange, you can read everything about our return policy here.
Please note: When you receive your order, if you find any dissimilarity, defect or damages that may cause in transit then please report it to us within 30 days so that we can quickly correct the situation for you. We cannot offer a settlement if the customer fails to inform us within the mentioned period.

Order cancellation requests can be placed within (1) day of the order (If not Shipped).
Refund & Exchange:
Any item you have bought in our shop can be exchanged or returned on the following basis:
- Refunds will be made for all merchandise in original unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery.
- Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

You will receive the tracking information by e-mail once the product has been shipped from our site.
We ship worldwide using Time definite express service (DHL) to get your purchase to you quickly and in great condition. All shipments are insured and contain a tracking number for peace of mind.
We want you to love your purchase and know that import duties can put a real dampener on things. To make your life simpler, we will pay the duties on your purchase.
In Case of Damage/Defect:
We make every effort to provide you with high-quality flawless products. However, if the item is damaged during the shipping process, you can initiate the return process with our easy return policy.
- Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation E-mail to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation E-mail with tracking information.
- We do not accept any cancellation when order has shipped out.
